Fast facts/points of interest:

Neck identification markings include the date “6-14-82” and initials “SS” written on the butt of the neck in addition to the work order (invoice) number 2398 written on the heel of the neck. The only marking found written inside the neck pocket of the body is the word “EXTRA” which I have seen on several other Charvel guitars (see for example Charvel #1556) however I do not know its meaning nor significance.
